Bad players and signup bonus, what site?

Looking to open an account on the site with the worst players...dont mention party I already have an account there.

I hear pacific, but I hear their rake is ridiculous. what site would you guys suggest for $100nl? Sign up bonuses are a big +!

Compatibility with poker office would be nice, but I'm not at home and cant see what sites they support right now. I'm just looking to deposit a few hundo and see what kind of heater I can go on. Probably 1k or bust.
