Default Does it matter if US prohibits banks from accepting $ from Neteller?

Both Neteller and Party have the option to mail a paper check, i believe.

so it might take a few days more vs electronic xfer, but we get out $.

now for new US players wanting to fund their accts, then it might be a problem.

or will the gambling bill profit banks from even cashing paper checks from Neteller and Party?

I'm not sure they'll even be looking to prohibit transfers that take money AWAY from online gambling and into the American economy.

Neteller cannot and will not be affected by this bill.

Not true. Some states have already banned Neteller.

Would an alternative is to open a bank account in Europe or elsewhere?

People keep bringing up offshore accounts. Granted I don't know the law (or if its illegal; not like its tax evasion or something), but for some reason I keep thinking that trying to circumvent the law will make things worse for you (even if it is an unjust law).

What matters most is what happens to the CEO of Bet on Sports. If he gets tried and convicted, good luck finding any gambling site that will take US players.
