Oppo just sat here. His turn and river bets were so strange to me that I decided just to call. He clearly sucks, and the bets show either weakness or are a trap, but I didn't know if that meant I should raise or not. Who raises?

A min-raise on the river is idiotic indeed for obvious reasons unless you plan to call a big 3-bet and I assume he was ironic.
I would strongly consider a big raise on the river even vs an uknown but probably play it like you did. |
