Default Getting the Most from AA (Party 22)

I think my bet here may push vilian off a worse hand too often here, but I'm not sure. I really didn't like the QQx board, and that it was two suited, so at first I thought I was ok with my bet because even if he folds I'm happy to win the pot right there, but in retrospect I think I might have played it too fast.

Almost at the bubble, around 103 left, 90 pay in a Party 22.

Villian seems on the tight side, haven't seen him play too many hands at all.

I also don't like that he's raising from UTG+1.

Well let me hijack right quick, I promise it won't be long.

I reraise preflop, calling is obv not a bad option but here are my arguments for reraising:

1. He raised up front.
2. You are on the button, a prime stealing spot. Reraising also allows him to put in a pot-sized push on the flop as a sort of stop and go if he thinks you are FOS but will not fold preflop after a raise to 9k.

But as played, honestly I am torn between raise/call the flop, it seems like he doesn't put any more money in without AK/Qx, if he's a donkey maybe a weaker king. No reasonable UTG+1 raising hand has more than 2 outs, let him keep firing or suspect a float, something like that.
