1 and done, Take if off when I go to sleep, put a fresh pair on when I wake up in the morning.

2 days very rarely like when I don't get much sleep and am even too lazy to change them but always 1 on the weekends.

I even shower in my underwear. I change them when they fall off me.

Once, then again the next day at the gym. This is my system and it has served me well.

I can get 2 days out of a pair of boxers most of the time, if I want to. No way I'd wear briefs more than 1 day.

If I'm running out and won't do laundry for a while, I'll also stretch boxers out for a second day. But other times I'll be forced to go commando, and I don't like that at all.

interestnig - much more 1 time wearers than I thought. I do the rotation method myself - alternating between 2 pair over a few days.

I've worn underwear longer than one day before, but only where I'm somewhere where I don't particularly care about not smelling like [censored]. like if I'm travelling I'll go like three days in a row.

otherwise it's one and done, unless I can't do laundry for some reason.
