Default how good are our reads?

for those of us who are multi-tabling, how good are our reads suppposed 2 be.... I see these posts calling people lazy for not having a great read after 50 hands, but are we supposed 2 know how passively/agressively someone plays a draw after that short a sample size??.... I mean I'm a limit convert, so my reads haven't been as in depth in the past, but what else are we looking for here, how they play their draws and if they're capable of making a move, no???.... doesn't it often take a lot of hands to make these reads, esp while playing ~6 tables?

How hard can it be to check the hand history (or watch them "live") to see if they played their draw aggressively or passively? Or if they slowplay their set/straight etc. Lots of these things don't take hundreds of hands to find out
