Default 50NL: How to extract with Full House

So I get a nice board here, but what is the best way to extract?

Villain, who I've played with several times before, is slightly loose, and weak. My image is TAG. Villain should know that I c-bet the flop in this situation almost all the time. I don't have a read on Player 3.

I check the flop with the intention of getting some of my dollars in the pot on the turn, and I stick to that. Looking back at this, maybe a turn call would have been better.

$50NL Full-ring. 8 players.

Hero is at seat 1 with 59.70
Villain is at seat 6 with 63.47
Player 3 is at seat 8 with 109.03

BB posts the large blind 0.50
Villain posts the small blind 0.25

Hero: Qd, Qh

Pre-flop:

Player 3: Call 0.50
2 Folds
Hero: Raise to 2.50
3 Folds
Villain: Call 2.50
1 Fold
Player 3: Call 2.50

Flop (Board: 4d, 2c, Qs):

Villain: Check
Player 3: Check
Hero: Check

Turn (Board: 4d, 2c, Qs, 2h): (Pot: $8)

Villain: Bet 3.00
Player 3: Fold
Hero: Raise to 11.00

Why then not put in your standard c-bet amount or thereabouts? If it gets to showdown, your c-bets will get more respect, and it'll help build the pot. Especially since you're in position, someone might think you're full of it on the flop and pay you off. Then you hope they catch something or like their hand, and continue building on the turn.

As played, I suppose villain was just trying to take it away on the turn and folded to your raise? I don't know about the turn myself, but you really have to raise if you want to get something decent in on the river. If villain likes their hand, they'll call. Slowplaying like this is a bit too results oriented, AFAIK.

Is villain smart? If he knows you usually c-bet, and then you check the flop, will that ring warning bells in his head? Or is he too dense to recognize those things?

With these kind of hands you are either going to win a large pot or a very small one depending on what villain has. C-bet the flop, bet turn, bet river.
