Default Loose button raiser

Button is typical TAG/LAG - like 30/20 preflop, loves to raise the button with any two after limpers.

Preflop : I can't really call for set value, since he so often has air, do you just fold preflop?

Flop : now what? (having CO along sucks) He'll cbet about 100% of the time.

No Limit Hold'em Ring Game (6 max) , 6 players
Blinds : $1/$2

Stacks:
Hero : $404.31
MP : $218.60
CO : $200
Button : $195
SB : $728
BB : $840.75

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is UTG with 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
CO posts.
Hero limps, MP folds, CO checks, <font color="#cc0000">Button raises to $12</font>, 2 folds, Hero calls, CO calls.

Flop: 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($39, 3 players)
Hero checks, CO checks, <font color="#cc0000">Button bets $27</font>, Hero ???
