Account suspended for internal audit on full tilt

its been suspended for two and a half days and I am beginning to worry because I have alot of money on there for me. I have not done anything out of line that I can think of other than transfer a friend 1000 dollars a few days before the account was frozen.

here is the email I received

Your account has been temporarily suspended pending a routine internal
audit. Any funds that are currently in your Full Tilt Poker account
will remain dormant until the audit is complete. We apologize for any
inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience.

is this type of thing standard? any idea how much longer it will last for?

yes. I emailed them back asking for a timeline on the audit and to know what it is all about and I got a very weird response.

here it is:

We do understand that you are anxious to have this matter resolved as
quickly as possible. However, sending multiple emails regarding the
same issue will not result in a quicker response; we kindly ask you to
refrain from doing so as it is an unproductive use of the time and
energy of all involved parties.

If you have any new information which may assist us in expediting the
review of your case, by all means, forward it to us immediately.

We thank you for your patience and cooperation; rest assured that we are
researching the issue and will contact you as soon as our investigation
is complete.

what kind of information would this be? and what exactly is an internal audit?
does anyone think it is possible that I never get this money back?

This is not standard. Rooms don't just randomly freeze accounts... that's just bad buisness. If you have done nothing than don't worry. Complain to them when it's over and they will probably give you $100. Happened to me at Party when they froze my account after someone lost a stack to me and then made a chargeback on their credit card.

How well do you know this "friend", you could be funding terrorist organization.

I dont know why you wrote this or even why I am responding but I have known him since I was ten and he lives a mile away from my house.
