Dell 9300 laptop

People say this laptop supports 1600x1200 res. I checked on pricegrabber and it says native res is 1400x900???

why is that?

Just got mine delivered and it is 14 x 9.

I would like to know the best way to increase resolution to atleast 16 x 12.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think you must upgrade your display when you order your laptop to WUXGA.

You must get the screen upgrade when you are customizing your components. It is 1600 x 1200 resolution.

yeah, it's an upgrade, 1920x1200 WUGXA.

The upgraded screen is so much nicer. Really looks alot better. It's beta for you!
