Anyone successfully get "grandfathered" iPoker rakeback after 7/31?

This is kind of a followup to my last post here.

I was communicating with an affiliate about opening a rakeback account on CD Poker during the last week of July, just when the "announcement" came out. I received the information and created my account on Aug 1st. And yes, I followed the instructions EXACTLY and USED THE REFERRAL LINK PROVIDED in the email. I played 5 days and then went to check my rakeback amount. I was not listed and contacted the affiliate. Skipping ahead (after many communications with the affiliate, his CD manager, CD CS, Casino Pays, I currently find that my account was not assigned to the affiliate it was supposed to. All I have been able to find out is that my account is listed with a different "referral advertiser". CD Poker has put me on some kind of internal weekly rakeback bonus program, but I am still waiting for details. At this point, the only acceptable resolution is for my account to be re-tracked to the affiliate that I signed up through.

Has anyone else had this problem? Have you checked and verified that you are tracking to your affiliate properly? Can you "see" that you are receiving rakeback. If not, I would suggest making sure now.

Also, if any of the affiliates have any suggestions about how I can proceed in getting this "fixed" and feel the urge to go out of their way to help, I would happily accept it.

I signed to Titan on last day (8/8) and had no problems.

I thought that is the way CD poker did it (weekly pay or something).

I signed with noble after the date and got in.

I like CDpoker because if you e-mail them a question that they do not want to answer, they simply ignore that e-mail.

So on the bright side, if they deem your problem fixable, they'll help you out, but if they don't... Well have fun being ignored by a place who has your money.........

I signed up on 8/8 and haven't had any problems
