PRTY.L is up over 4% today in the first trading action in europe since the house passed the bill. I have been as worried about this bill as anyone since i have been making my living from online poker for the better part of 3 years. Somehow this upward movement in the stock price assures me more than anything else that it is very unlikely that it will pass at least this year. If it was likely the stock would have tanked today.
