Reads would help but it the sb is typical i'd figure his range for 3-betting is 77+ AQo+, or if lag 66+ ATs+ KJs+ & KQo. flop continuation bet seems standard, i'd like to see where he's at with TPTK, so either raise the flop for information/charge bb and utg. as it were, looks like BB has something like JT or picked up a heart draw and sb is on the ever popular missed AK.
not to hijack but even with the dangerous overcard Q river, anyone think a river bet is worthwhile? my line would be raise flop and slow down/reconsider if 3-bet, if not, raise the turn, or if not, find value in betting this checked through river.

Pre-flop is good.

I don't mind the wait-and-see approach on the flop.

You should probably raise the turn, though. You're almost always ahead of SB and UTG, considering they're both showing weakness. And I think you're ahead of BB often enough for the turn raise to be worthwhile.

As you played it, you need to find the value bet on the river. The queen could have helped SB, but AK and TT seem more likely.
