With the 2 flush draws out there, I think he'll talk himself into calling the turn slightly more than the river. Just shove the turn.

what difference does a turn bet make?

turn check reps AK, and might get a little more value. doesn't really make a difference if we shove turn or river here.

[/ QUOTE ]How does repping AK by checking the turn earn us more money. If he puts us on AK then he'll c/c the river, except he now might fold an A or K river. Betting the turn has just as much chance of being picked off as a desperate AK bluff, maybe more so, than a river bet.

hence, "might get a little more value, it doesn't really make a difference"

if the turn didn't suck so much, turn check helps get value from JJ/QQ which otherwise gets away if you bet the turn.
