Send an email to vip@partypoker.com

Their promotions suck, but they seem to be the only department that shows any kind of efficiency in handling problems.

I have posted a couple of times on here about this. I cannot believe how unorganized they are. I also can't believe people aren't more worried like you are. It is 3 weeks away and we have to book a flight, get time off work, etc. and I haven't heard a single thing. I would not recommend calling support. Party has the WORST customer support of any business I have ever dealt with... it is unbelievable how bad they are.

I'll quickly tell you about the problem I had. I filled in their form and everytime I was told my date of birth was incorrect. After talking to support on various occassions for 10 hours or so, the one guy tells me to put in a random date. So I put in a different date of birth and guess what... the random date worked. I'm just waiting for them to disqualify me because I lied about my date of birth.

Anyway, I don't have any advice for you as I have absolutley no idea on how to deal with Party. I can just tell you that I am in the same boat as you and I am nervous as well. By the way, I also called the Rio and they do not have my name yet.

Please post in the Party Poker thread linked to in the sticky. These questions are getting asked a couple of times a day.
