Very tough decision after that 3bet. I think it's really close, and I'll leave it at that. I understand the turn check, but would opt to bet it anyway.

I think you are more likely to get two bets in turn/river if you bet the turn.

River looks good if your read is right

I like it, but I think just calling his river bet is even better.

I still bet the turn.

I'd just bet the turn. If he has a set you really want to bet, and if he's that weak tight he would check it. There's always the chance he may see you bet and think you are bluffing if he has a straight or overpair.

The only straight that this kind of villain has here is the kind that beat a flush.

Not betting this turn is a mistake. Given your description: what would he call the river with that he wouldn't call the turn with.

I would bet the turn.

Given the way it was played, I think you have to call the river 3-bet. The turn play makes your hand look pretty weak. I think he could very well be 3-betting Kh, and a couple other lower hearts that don't make the straight flush.

I guess if you put him on Kh, full house or better, it is probably a fold, but I don't know if his range is this tight here, based on the turn play. If he is so tight that he would not raise pf with 55, 66, then maybe this is a fold.
