Default Reccomend me a bartending book

I want to make some sweet mixed drinks and don't really know a lot about drinks. What is a good basic bartending book? Or are they all basically the same?

The Harvard Univ. book is quite good for people starting out. If you can track it down, Paul Harrington's Cocktail is always showing me good stuff.
