Does Party respond to your email?

In my experience, they do respond to email. Those of you who do not receive responses should try these two things:
1. Be sure that you don't have a spam filter that relegates their emails to the trash bin.
2. Try switching your email account to another email provider; you can do this on the Party MyAccount website.

I'm a customer of Verizon, and I found that the Verizon mail servers just don't accept email from Party (or in the old days, from Empire). I believe it has something to do with a security negotiation protocol that Verizon software isn't handling correctly, but I'm not sure. The Verizon tech support folks are 100% clueless about the issue, but I've seen references to the problem in various online discussions.

I switched to a google gmail account, and have had no email delivery issues with Party since then.

So try fixing filters and changing email accounts, then you can move on to the real problems with Party email - the content!

If you are Blue member -good luck with emails (party doesn't care about you).

If you are Silver member- expect replies within 24hrs.

If you are Gold member- no idea as I am silver.

VIP is actually pretty good with emails.

Yes, but some folks have the impression that there is absolutely no response to their emails - ever. For those folks, I suggest switching a few things around.

Most of my emails have been with the VIP department, as a blue member, and have taken no more than 12 hours to get a response, the other areas have taken up to a day or two, but I have yet to not receive an email back.

Party was pretty quick with a response with my last email. I did have to email them back since they kinda missed the point of my request. I'm a blue level vip I think.

I use the VIP email for everything. I've always gotten a prompt response. Now, if they could only figure out this memory thing. PP locked up on after only 25 minutes tonite. I restarted before I began play too. What's up with that?
