What happens with the money in play when Party disconnects?

OK. I thought they kept it.

If there is a pot being contested, who get's the money credited to their account?
-last player to act since he is last to disconnect
-the players left in the pot
-the players who have invested money?

I think if Party's servers go down, they usually just roll everything back a bit. At least, that's my understanding. If a player gets disconnected, then (assuming he's on a DP table), he's considered "all-in", and the hands plays out like so.
