this usually goes in the mid limit forums, but that aside, it looks like a high pocket pair or a set to me. You are behind here and I fold unless you think you can push him off if a heart falls

I love your raise on the flop, but I fold to his re-raise. you lose your 2 outs if a 3 hits, as AA is certainly in his range for the straight.
