This looks about right. There's a decent chance Villain is just trying to represent the T with his Qx or whatnot, but it's a hard river to raise.

I know I call 100%. Having said that I'm not sure you're good 1:6 so I could see a fold. Having said that the read is only over 50 hands so I certainly think calling is not severely -EV and is quite possibly the right play...Now to read the other replies and see how wrong I am.

definite call, this is closer to a raise than a fold. He will have A-x a lot here, a load of random junk that he thinks he can bluff and win the pot with but will still call hopelessly

Yeh I think this is a favourite play from a calling station. The "bluff river with A high because I am there and I am going to call anyway" technique. Donks from calling stations are usually bluffs/really bad hands that they will call with and think they have a chance to push you off the pot. IF you had got c/red on this river I think a case for a fold can be made.
