Default Bottom set 200BBs deep, board goes bad

BB is a huge fish (42/27/4 or so), very aggro, and he doesn't like me one bit. His range preflop is any two cards, and he'd probably checkraise me on this flop with any pair/draw/possibly a bluff. I felt really lost after the flop. It sucks to get checkraised on the turn when the flush draw is completed, but it's probably worse to let a fourth heart fall for free. Then by the river he makes a really weak bet and I'm getting ridiculous odds to call with my low flush. I thought about pushing the river, but was confused and decided not to.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $10 BB (6 handed)

Turn: ($735) 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)

Yea I usually would, against this opponent my goal was to make it as easy/successful as possible to get all the chips in, and by 3-betting the flop a little lighter than usual I thought I could get him to stick around with top pair and 1/2-pot turn/river to get it all in.

looks good to me. would have been nice if that river paired the board...

river push would be very bad.

you know what I'm going to say about the turn. and I think flop 3bet is way too light if you are going to pay off like an ATM.

we charge him $220 in to pot of $730 and then pay off another $800 or so when he hits. yes I think its bad.

I dont see how you put him on tp type hand instead of flush draw just from flop action.

I also don't see why you wouldn't check behind turn but I've argued about how stupid it is to worry about a 4th flush card often enough to not want to rehash it again.

Sorry I haven't read anything you've posted about a 4th flush card, do you have a link?

I don't know if you read the description of the player. His hand range is a lot wider than a flush draw (which he did not have).

What? You mean you don't every strategy post that master amoeba has ever made categorically archived?
