Default How to fight weak/tight bug?

I read these forums a lot and study Ed Miller and 2+2 texts a lot. Got a pretty good butt kicking on some of the quizzes in "How Good is Your Limit Hold'em" and scored only 140 in W. Deranges pre-flop quiz. However was playing at time. Am about the lowest score posted here lol.
Am almost break-even multitabling $1/2 but my PT stats for river show that if I bet/raise I win about 75% but that if I am calling I lose about 75%. Seems fairly clear I guess.
Need some more info on strategy, eg when am I likely beaten and need to know where I can search. Currently read micro and small stakes forums constantly.

Thanks

Have data on over 100K hands.
