Contradicotry song lyrics

Can anyone think of any other song lyrics by the same song writer or singer / band or in the same musical or are related in some way that are contradictory? Here's one that I noticed.

No, of course not. but even if they're writing their lyrics from a different point of view, or as a different character, so to speak, it might reflect somewhat on their philosophy. Anyway, I just thought it might be fun to see what other contradictions people might now about.

As far as devoting my life to Symbolina, I just happened to hear the two songs close together - I have 1999 on my ipod and right after I turned that off, I heard Lets Go Crazy on the radio.
