Who hates this move?

Hero raises, 3 folds, MP2 calls, 1 fold, CO calls, 1 fold, SB calls, BB calls.

Flop: (10 SB) 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (5 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero checks, MP2 bets, CO calls, SB calls, BB folds, Hero calls.

Turn: (7 BB) 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (4 players)
SB checks, Hero checks, MP2 checks, CO checks.

River: (7 BB) 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (4 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, MP2 folds, CO calls, SB folds.

Final Pot: 9 BB

Results in white below: 
Hero has Qh Ac (high card, ace).
CO has Ah Ts (high card, ace).
Outcome: Hero wins 9 BB. 

I posted the results just because it tilted SB for the next 10 min's who said he was planning on calling w/ a pair of 8's until the other guy called.

Doesn't the fact that there are 4 opponents increase the quality of diamond they need to call? If this were heads up I can see a 2 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] calling, but no way they call w/ less than 10 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] here. I am merely betting that more than 1 in 7 times no one has a quality diamond right?

I've only played limit for less than a week online, but people are way, way, WAY fishier than in NL, even at similar stakes. I've been playing 1/2 so there might be a big difference, but people will call down with just about anything, it seems. One guy called down with 24o and hit a gutshot on the river to break my flopped two pair.

I don't expect bluffs like this to work very well and I will rarely, if ever, even try to bluff. Most of the time if you have a quality hand and it holds up, you'll be called down the whole way anyways.

I like it.

There is a 23% chance, against 3 opponents, that no one has a diamond. You are getting 7:1 to try this and CO probably knew this.

against 2 maybe 3 i would say i like it. against four people on the river i think it would be a long term loser. i don't hate it, but i certainly don't like it, either.
