suggestion - see banning history

I'm assuming that the software won't allow this but maybe it's a future idea once it's updated.

I would like to be able to see the banning history of a poster. There are notes, but often people are banned and nothing is put in the notes. So perhaps I should just ask for that. Either way, this info would be helpful when deciding things like suspension length or whether someone is worthy of a custom title.

When a mod bans or suspends a user, I'd really like to see a note left. The listed 'reason' (always give a reason) is cleared if the user is unbanned, so it makes sense to leave a separate note on the profile, especially when the ban isn't permanent.

Hmm. No, there's not an easy way for Mat or me to find that out. I'm pretty sure one could dig through a lot of the files and come up with an answer, but it would have to be Chuck.

Hey man. The SEAHAWKS were just in the Super Bowl. That's pretty shocking on its own. However, I'm also really surprised to see the Clippers anywhere other than the bottom of the standings.

I think this is the best option. I don't think I've banned anyone except for a few incarnations of TRP, but I've left notes all of those times. I remember that astro would leave notes with links when he gave someone as * and I think that's the best policy.

I don't leave notes for the flagrant 1 post spammers, but I generally do if I take action against someone I expect to be back. I may have missed a couple, but I'm only human.
