How old is too old?

With this link in mind I started thinking about what it might actually be like to be 128 years old. It seems to me by that point your body would be so beat to [censored] you would be perpetually feeling horrible. On that note I raise two questions:

1) At what age does life peak (not talking about the mean middle age here), where everything else is downhill?

2) At what age is it no longer worth living? Better to burn out than fade away?

Highly dependent on your net worth and how well you've taken care of yourself. Hugh Hefner just turned 80, but I suspect he's still a pretty chipper guy.

1) Late 20s/early 30s.
2) When your body stops functioning properly.
