dealer school question

could anyone tell me a good dealer school located in the tampa bay area, FL. actually any advice or tips on becoming a dealer in general would be much appreciated.

I was told about the Real Deal Poker Academy in St. Pete. anyone have experience with them?

From my understanding ivy league is supposed to be pretty good. I believe they are located out of Tampa.
