I got this e-mail 6-7 days after requesting a cashout. I sent two e-mails to them trying to figure out what was going on before receiving this one.

it's over $10k in total for the two, but i'm pretty sure i've withdrawn that much before.

if the size has something to do with it, why are they claiming it's random?

It is a bit like when the suspicious looking types always gets subjected to a random search by the police...

I were faced with a "random security check" when I deposited 1500$ (sign up bonus and 2x reloads within 3 weeks) and then wanted to withdraw without playing more than a couple of hundred hands (they made the funny stuff with the denial of more than 4 hand histories).

It propably looked like I were laundering money or stacking bonuses like a mad (which I were). I wrote them a mail explaining the reasons for my "untimely withdrawal", and they processed it right away.

Ya when I deposited right away, and then went busto on party I tried to withdraw after maybe playing 10 hands or something and I was hit with a "random" check as well. I just told them why I needed to cashout right away and they let me.

I deposited $500 at UB....the money came out of neteller, didn't show up in my UB account.

I emailed them, sent them the "transaction number" and everything (sent 6 emails in total) Took over 3 weeks to get it "cleared" up.

It all sounds pretty random cos I have been shifting lots of money through UB this year with minimal cover play and have had no problems.
