Sorry if this question has been asked before
i really think the search function sucks, and i can't find too much on this
i recently qualified for the UB 200k sunday tourney so i don't wanna play just that one during the time, so i'm trying to qualify for the Stars sunday millions which sats are best for this? i currently play NL100 and am a winning player, i have an intensive limit back ground which makes it easy to play a tag style, even though i play lag in cash, how are my chances as far as skill wise for these sats? for those of you that cross post between the SSNL and MTT forum which sat would you recommend that i play in? also which sats are good for me to play in (i.e. gives me best chance to get a seat) for the WSOP ME qualifier and the sats to the qualifiers? i don't feel like putting up the cash for the sunday millions because that's like 2 buy ins, and i don't feel like doing that with my somewhat limited tourney background |

Re: Sorry if this question has been asked before
Play a few hrs of 100nl, if you win $215 play the million, if you don't, then don't. Or play the $3 rebuy turbos, they're very soft. And I've heard the daily $55 turbo sat is soft too.

Re: Sorry if this question has been asked before
From personal experience I'd say the 11.70 DS to the Million and 16 DS to the Sunday Super Sat for the WSOP are ur best chance.
When I've played the DS the play was extremely weak, usually as bad as a 3.40 sng. Can't personally speak about the Sunday WSOP sat, but with a tourny with 30min blinds it shouldn't be to hard Id say. |

Re: Sorry if this question has been asked before
I dont like the DS's but the 11r turbos are really soft, and if you are halway decent at sats are very profitable

Re: Sorry if this question has been asked before
They have $80 sats to the $650 WSOP Qualifier. I don't know if I'd recommend it though. It doesn't seem to get a lot of runners, so you're playing with 20-30 players for maybe 3 seats, at least during the week. And everytime I check the final table of these things, it has some well-known 2+2ers and players with good numbers on OPR.
Others have recommended the $27R, and I may try those more myself. I think they pay a higher percentage of the field than the $80 FO, and as long as you don't go nuts with rebuys, you should have about the same investment. I'm currently rebuilding by playing the $4R, $5R and $8R, so I can take some more shots at both of these on the weekends when they have more runners. If I go on a heater, I may just play the $650 by winning the $5R 4-5 times. I seem to do better with larger fields and multiple tables of seats being paid. |
