Default Turn monster draw, check or bet?

I'm posting this in MSNL b/c it's kind of a rudimentary question I know. However, I've been in this spot a lot and have seldom known the correct play and was wondering what the majority of 2p2ers thought is most correct. Don't worry about me being results oriented because this hand never made it to showdown.

This situation I'm describing is when you have a great draw, even one not as good as this one, like the nut flush draw and against one specific type of villain only. The calling station fish. Villain here is 39/8/1.3, calls a lot and is a general donk and makes awkward random bluffs.

In this spot, do you check or bet? if you bet how much? $2500 100bb stacks to start.
