Re: I like big stacks and I can\'t not lie
so you're toward the end of the rebuy; you've only got 3k which isn't going to do you much good. there's always a chance you can get something accomplished when you start with 5k, but it's a steep hill to climb. so you figure there's 4800 in the pot, possibly going to be 4200 more in the main pot = chance to get to 8k, and add on = 10k. and if you don't suck out and win, so long as you're willing to either give up on the night or make a double rebuy and add -on, it's not a big deal. plus they're going to really really think you're a fish and that might pay off down the road.

Re: I like big stacks and I can\'t not lie
I don't think this is good but can easily be verified by pokerstove. If i added right we need like 30 % equity, assuming everyone else were to always fold, but someone is of course going to come in some % of the time.

ummmm.... ok. I see we like to gamble for chips during the rebuy? [/ QUOTE ] This is post rebuy period, and I'm pretty positive this is really bad with 25o, if you had a more reasonable holding I'd be all for it but as-is you're getting crushed by way too much (we're assuming that main villain is squeezing here, so we don't need a great hand and 25o probably fares decent vs. his squeeze range, but you have huge issues with multiple callers and 25o is still pretty bad for his squeeze range), and I know you're just hoping to have live outs but this is just bad. |

Re: I like big stacks and I can\'t not lie
25o doesnt have very good equity against 99+ AQ+ or whatever his range is. I would like this if you have 98s or something. idk, its prolly close with all the dead money in the pot though.

[/ QUOTE ] 52o is 29% against a top 15% hand, and someone will call fairly often, so this is a bad call. I would need a real hand to call: any ace, any pp, KJo+, K9s+. |
