Lead out flop for 3/4 pot. Lead 2/3 pot on the turn. Check/fold river.

Your line should have been:
fold pf lead flop with a pot sized bet, if raised you should shove. if called pot the turn if called pot the river (assuming it isn't that jack As played you have to check fold the river. You don't even beat QT anymore |

You have to lead out postflop. Bottom two is nice, but vulnerable. Bet turn and you have to check/fold the river. Unlucky card there. You only beat a bluff and it is very unlikely that villain is bluffing here.

Fold pre flop.
On the flop I just bet 2/3s with 3 limpers, but CR looks good too. I'd bet pot sized bet on turn, obviously hate the river but I'm a calling station so I c/c despite the fact that I know I'm beaten. |
