Either check the Flop or pot it. Either of those choices will make your future decisions easier. If you check he could push with anything so it's an easy call. If you pot it and he pushes it's a very easy pot odds based call. The way it's played it looks like he has an A but you can't fold so raise.

It's push or fold, CO has no money. Preflop if you are trying to isolate shorty bet half or more of his stack makes the rest of the hand play itself.
You left yourself with enough to fold against a shorty, I'd just shove this flop. |
