Default Live 5/10NL deepstack turn repop

Wondering about this spot.
(p.s. Table images somewhat relevant.)

Live 5/10NL game ($1,500 max buyin)
Hero has chipped up to $2,900.
Villain is one of few fish at table, but just doubled up to around $3,200. He plays around 45% of pots, but I hadn't seen him get too wild post-flop. He's very chatty...likes talking a lot during hands, but he hasn't shown any big bluffs...made a couple really dumb river calls for 3/4 pot bets with things like 2nd or 3rd pair. He's also already lost 2 buy-ins, but has gotten a little more aggressive after recently doubling up to $3,200.

VERY loose-passive table on the whole.

Villain is BB.
Hero is MP w/ K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

Two limps to hero who limps, button limps, SB limps, Villain raises to $40 from BB. All call.

6 to flop ($240): K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]8 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

SB checks to Villain who bets out $125.
Folded to hero who raises to $350. Folded back to villain who thinks for around 2 seconds, and repops to $850.

Hero ?

(after re-pop to $850 Villain has about $2,300 behind, hero, at this point, has around $2,500, needs to call $500 more to see turn)

looks like a fold, although there are plenty of villains who will do this with aces or something. up to you to know whether he will or not.

sounds to me like the villain you described is capable of having AA or even AK here. You judge that better of course. If its true, shove.
