omaha 8: odds of qualifying low

what are the odds that there's a chance for a qualifying low? i.e. at least 3 cards on board that are 8 or lower?

and then assuming i have two low cards, what are the odds of 3 cards coming that are lower than 8 and don't pair my low cards?...
