Sharkscope: access to statistics on username disabled

Not sure if this is the right forum, if its not im sorry.
I was just wondering why you cant get the statistics of some usernames. I dont use sharkscope much, but whenever i see someone sitting at multiple sngs at my level i like to sharkscope them before sitting with them. Several players who seem to play alot have their stats disabled. What's the deal?

you can tell them if you want your stats to be blocked etc.
