Default Problem importing SunPoker hands into PT
Hi to all!

I have recently started playing poker again, this time at SunPoker and I can't import the files into PT. The thing is, it seems it can't recognize the hands as text files, even tough they are on my hard disk (C:\Program Files\SunPoker\log...). But when I tell PT to look for them in this folder, it does not see the files.
Any ideas???
Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks!

they aren't text files.

You need to click 'view all files' from the drop-down menu when you're searcing for the history files.

They are in there, but PT searches for text files by default. You need to change this.

why don't you use the Crypto button in the toolbar ? PT will pick the right files automatically once you've specified the folder ...

That's what I did also. He says the import was a success, "concatenating 548 hand history files into large files" but "0 hands imported".
And my base is empty!
Also, when I try to manually import some hands that I have moved to another folder as log files I got an error message of this type:
C:\Program Files\Poker Tracker V2\Hands\3382396184.log : File contains no Texas Hold'em hands or unable to determine what poker site this file came from.
C:\Program Files\Poker Tracker V2\Hands\control.log : File contains no Texas Hold'em hands or unable to determine what poker site this file came from.

Are you sure that your DB is empty? To be sure, click the button "Remove All Filters" on the "Preferences" tab.

Crypto saves only on hand in each files. 3382396184.log is for one hand. So, if you have 1000 hands, you'll have 1000 files. That's very annoying I know ...

But ... try to open one of thoses files manually - with Notpad for instance. Do you see anything that ressembles a hand history in there ?

So, it seems ok, but my database is empty and I still get that same error message. When I look in the log folder, I see that SunPoker saves all my hands for one session in a specific folder, and that there is a file called Control which says:
