Need Help with Full Tilt

OK I'm lazy...but I can't seem to find everything I'm looking for. I just signed up for Full Tilt. I want to...

1. replace the playing cards with some better ones
2. Get Poker Tracker ready for Full Tilt
3. Get PA HUD ready.

Can someone help this donk out?

While we're talking Tilt, is there a way to use the 'open tournament' function in SNGPT for FT HHs or do I have to buy SngWiz.
