I think that most of the time here the only T you are going to be against is TT, and aces aren't too scary for you. I don't think it is a complete bluff, but I think you are against the same hand or worse the vast majority of the time.

Why not c-bet the flop and get some information or possibly even take it down there. As played I don't know if you have enough info to make your call more than a toss up accept for the fact that its unlikely they played some random 10 against your pf reraise.
