Turn is fine if you think he's chasing or floating. He's not folding top pair or two-pair type hands. He's sure not folding a straight.

Given villain's weak leads it looks like a flush draw and there's a good chance he'll fold.

I'd much rather make these kinds of plays on the flop though. ie: Raise flop.
