Default NL100: Combo draw, failed check-raise, what is turn play?

I think I totally messed up this hand in each street.

Usually I fold AJs OOP but this lead was so weak and I decided to take the shot. 4bet was unexpected and it was so small and I decided to call - 1:3.5 odds.

Hero checks, UTG+2 checks
I put villain JJ+, AK and I decided check-raise villain and call the shove. Is this good play? Later I stoved this hand and its not profitable but we have some FE? I think the answer is no - but askin anyway, I am not sure.

Turn: ($29) J (2 Players)
Hero ?
Ok, now the most important part. First, please let's ignore all actions on earlier streets. Lets say we know, villain range is 22+, AQ+. What is my play now? We still attack or just check now? And now don't ignore earlier play - what is my play - I think it's check because we never ever fold out better hands - (JJ, AK completes set and straight) and giving free river to something else is not big deal? check-fold?
