another beat:

why does the software suck so bad? it [censored] jumps around like crazy even when you trun off the "bring table to front" option. takes 5 tries to make your action on the correct table.

and why the hell cant they make resizable tables?

and why cant you open more than 5 tables at a time? i email them saying i want to play more. they let me open up to 9. once. and then it goes right back to a max of 5 tables again.
please tell me stars is better

That stuff happens but I have to say I've had 1,000,000 hands on UB probably and there are fewer bizarre incidents there than on the other sites in my humble opinion. This does surprise me as it's 10 ring as opposed to 9.

I thought it was pretty much agreed upon that UB's software was the best out there, bar none (aside from gay HH).
