60% Contributed rakeback equals how many % dealt rakeback?

Hi. I've got a question regarding contributed rakeback.
Say that I play NL50 Shorthanded(6 players). The table averages 70 hands/hour, and my VP$IP is around 22%-23%. I play pretty aggressively. How much would 60% contributed rakeback equal in dealt rakeback, in this case? How much rakeback(in $) would I get per table hour?
What about if I play NL100 with the same stats, how much would I receive in rakeback?
