Default NL50 flopped straight, front push turn

Villian is 19/13/3.5 over 305 hands, I dont want him to check behind for a free card, is this push any good?

other option was check rais allin, of is that dumb because of draw out there?
Or is Villian never on a draw when he calls my 3bet on the flop?

you hate tons of cards on the river, you don't want to chop either, if he folds the turn that's fine

Nicely played, you dont want to give him odds to call with a draw although letting him bluffing at that turn is tempting thinking he might have fold equity its just not worth it on that board
