Default Bottom set, lots of action

About halfway through a live tourney, we are 7 at the table. A mixed crowd of players, including one or two that I have not played much with previously.

My stack is around average at 10000, with blinds 100/200. I limp from UTG+1 with 33. UTG+2 (laggy) goes to 800. He's called from the button, SB folds, BB (unknown player) calls. I call. The pot is now 3300.

The flop comes 347r. BB checks, and I check, intending to checkraise. UTG+2 checks, the button bets 2800. BB goes all-in with 3000 more. It's now 5800 to me, I have 9200 left in my stack. UTG+2 covers me (he's the chip leader at this point), the button has a little less than me, he probably started the hand with 7500.

What do I do?

-Magnus

All-in.

If you got your chips in drawing dead, it's ok, there's no way to avoid spots like this.

It's not results-oriented. I actually folded the hand because of the hand range I put BB on. What do you put BB on when you push here?

So, for BB (with combinations):

44 (3)
77 (3)
88 (6)
99 (6)
TT (6)
JJ (6)
76s (3)
75s (3)
56s (4)

So, 10 that beat me and 30 that I beat. However, I think he would be unlikely to check the flop with 88, 76s or 75s. 99 TT or JJ are certainly possible, but he might have pushed preflop with at least JJ, possibly TT.

Is this just weak-tight thinking? I've been playing a lot of PLO lately and this has probably hurt my tournament game.

PLO is SURE to make you a weak-tight nit.

Realize - even if BB has flopped a straight - you're still 34% to win. There's extra money in the pot. There's no guarantee BB has a straight (although he COULD have a higher set). 56 makes the NUTS on this board - why push people out of the pot? He'll probably slowplay it to death... Check-push is also a standard line with any 2 pair from BB.

I can't POSSIBLY fold this....

Ok, thanks for the advice. It played out this way: I folded, UTG+2 pushed, button folded. BB showed AA, UTG+2 showed JJ and button revealed that he had folded 88. UTG+2 rivered a jack.
