Re: $60: 88 bubble w/ other shorty
Call, get it in when BB gets in, and if he tries to be tricky by folding you can get out if you dont make a set.

Re: $60: 88 bubble w/ other shorty
Basically I mean don't get all in without a set unless the other short stack is already all in. So if shorty checks pf, you both check to CO who shoves, then just fold (though its probably good to call on an undercard flop). CO is probably wide here, and you really do not want the other short stack to double through him.

If you call, then shorty will check pf. then he'll check the flop, big stack will push, and then what do you do? if you fold, you will get blinded out before shorty. if i were the shorty here, i would play ULTRA slow and use the entire time bank so that the blinds will go up to 300/600 and you'll get blinded out before shorty anyways. SO, if the time remaining before blinds moves up is 1 min or less, i'd raise to 800 pf. if time remaining is greater, i fold and wait for shorty to get blinded. -BK |
