I open in SB to 3xbb with KQs

TAG with a high aggression number calls

flop K95 all heart

I lead for $40 he makes it $140 with $805 behind

call flop and c/c down if board blanks. If K or Q hit on turn, c/r, and if K or Q high on riv after u c/c turn, then I would be inclined to c/c becuz its more likely he has a draw, but you could also maybe lead 2/3 pot for value. It's player dependent, though I would lean more towards c/c down as long as board blanks to let him bluff off missed draws or w/e.
