[/ QUOTE ] I think you have to call, with the price you are getting. Even if he has the straight you will suck out on him often enough to make it correct to call. http://twodimes.net/h/?z=3775129 pokenum -h 6c 6h - ts 9s / 8h 6d 4d 7s Holdem Hi: 1086008 enumerated boards cards win %win lose %lose tie %tie EV 6c 6h 466037 42.91 612619 56.41 7352 0.68 0.433 Ts 9s 612619 56.41 466037 42.91 7352 0.68 0.567 The one thing I'd be worried about is that he will have 88 or 77 here. Then you are drawing to 1 out plus 4 to tie. And he seems pretty passive, but pot is just too big. (Hope he has a set of 4's) [ QUOTE ] is there another way to play this??? [/ QUOTE ] No. The hand played out perfectly for you, right up until it didn't. That's no limit poker. |

Call. As said, you have ten outs against a straight and 3 to tie.

http://twodimes.net/h/?z=3775342 pokenum -h 6c 6h - ts 9s -- 8h 6d 4d 7s Holdem Hi: 44 enumerated boards containing 7s 6d 4d 8h cards win %win lose %lose tie %tie EV 6c 6h 10 22.73 34 77.27 0 0.00 0.227 Ts 9s 34 77.27 10 22.73 0 0.00 0.773 Still you are around the right price. |
