I can't figure out the answer so I might as well come here. I applied yesterday online for the reloadable card. Now, the next day, I get this message: Contact Customer Service. We're sorry, there is a problem with your Account.
I called, and I can't even get through to anyone without entering my card number (which I obviously don't have yet). Has anyone experienced this? What can I do? They have my SSn and I am not comfortable with that so far with me not even being able to get through to customer service..
